About MaxiNutrition Recovermax

Recovermax is a unique post-exercise recovery drink that's been formulated using the latest sports science for muscle replenishment and to support muscle recovery following a training session, game, event or intense physical challenge. A refreshing drink available as 'smooth' orange, it provides the carbs, protein, electrolytes and glutamine to replenish and restore when your body needs it most. This fast-acting blend takes advantage of the post-exercise period to kick-start your recovery.

How can MaxiNutrition Recovermax help you?

Aids Refuelling

Each serving contains 55g of easy digested carbohydrates per serving to help meet the 1g per kg/body weight recommended after exercise. Few competitor recovery drinks provide as much carbohydrate, to help support refuelling and protein for effective recovery - ensure you are fit and ready at each and every training session.

Aids Muscle Restoration

Recovermax contains 14.5g of protein, high in all the essential amino acids and branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) to help restore your muscle fibers after damaging intense exercise. It's also high in glutamine, the most abundant amino acid present in muscle tissue.

Aids Muscle Replenishment

As sweat rate increases so does the concentration of sodium within sweat, Recovermax contain this essential nutrient along with the other important electrolytes; potassium, magnesium, calcium and phophorus - helping to replace what exercise takes out.

(Nearly) Perfect

Review for Recovermax by Mattlee from Belfast on Aug 15, 2011

Always the first thing I look for after an intense cycle, it really does reduce soreness and improve recovery. Its a great all in one that gives my body exactly what it needs exactly when it needs it. Only down side is it doesn't tase great, although after you've been taking it a while you do get used to it.
